Other LT members have already said this, but I feel you want as much feedback as possible so I'll share my thoughts anyway. Your current communication with the LT is very low, and although I do get on later, I have heard from other LT members that they feel the same way. We want someone who can be a reliable team member and communicate with us efficiently, and so far you haven't proven you are able to do that, at least in my opinion. You do have strengths in other areas, such as forum presence, in game activity, and an LT position on another server. My recommendation for you would to be to communicate more with the LT and staff team in general, other than that however you are a decent candidate for the position.
