Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be if someone mass RDMed then left upon being reported or confronted, counting as leaving to avoid punishment, or LTAP.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, I have noticed that I banned you for cheating.
May I make this very clear, this is something that is not accepted on ANY ZARP service.
However, due to your apologetic nature in this appeal, and since you have been banned for a decent amount of time now, I feel as if you should be unbanned. I will remain in contact with the staff member handling this appeal, and mention this, as I can't handle an appeal for my own ban.
Good luck with your appeal.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
My standing within the community obviously isn't close to being the best, however to put it simply I'm not like that. When I'm taking something seriously, I don't mess about with it. When I am a staff member on any server, I'm extremely hard-working and my knowledge of the rules remains top-tier, as is the case with TTT. I'm highly experienced with ULX, having been staff on multiple servers which use ULX multiple times, including TTT, and I'm very familiar with the report menu, making me an extremely proficient staff member.
Would love to come back to the staff team and help out again, especially since I frequently play in a time zone that not many other staff play in, where the server can become riddled with rulebreakers.
Thanks for reading.
