I've already made an agenda item for the meeting this weekend out of frustration.

My suggestion is two parts

a) remove the cdm rule altogether

b) otherwise merge it to a more generic, vehicle griefing rule:

3.1 Vehicle Griefing - You should actively avoid interrupting roleplay with your vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: pushing groups of players with your car and pushing entities around with your car.

At this point I'm happy for either outcome, just so bullshit like this doesn't happen again. All for things to be clearer for everyone
