Suggestion Title:

Rebalance the TTV (terror tech volk)

How would it benefit the server:

It wouldn't be as useless as it is right now. Would make up for more interesting gameplay

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None in particular, HOWEVER if its buffed a bit too much it could be very overpowered.

Additional notes:

I just don't see a use for the Terror Tech Volk at this moment, some people might disagree but for an Overlord weapon it is way too weak, it is outperformed by Jackhammer and TEC-9. It would be nice if the Terror Tech Volk got a buff just so it can at least compete with Jackhammer and TEC-9. Because as of now, it pales in comparison. I was thinking of making the rate of fire a bit better by 7%-10%. I feel like it would add much more variety, then just using the Jackhammer and TEC-9.
