Your application is good, as far as I'm aware you have no recent punishments, and your previous experience as staff is a big plus, but as you already know, it's recommended (but not required) to have 2 weeks of consistent activity and yours is rather... poor. If i were in your shoes I'd either go for Moderator this week since going for Administrator with such activity is simply a no-go, or to go straight for Administrator the next, but the decision is yours at the end of the day.
