You managed to obtain a load of racism punishments amongst other punishments after resigning and even got permanently banned once (could’ve been twice but RuleBreaker163 gave you 3 weeks instead). I believe you should've gone for moderator first, without any recent punishments and at least two weeks of consistent activity to show that you can behave on the server. There are a few things logged on you in the OneNote that I find worrying, but I'll leave those for the meeting.
