Mate you got feedback from your earlier application about your "acceptable" KOS reasons, why didn't you improve on them?

1. Someone is sniping at people from the tower
-This is not valid since it's possible the person is killing a traitor/KOS'd person the same way you would with a shotgun for example

2. Well, technically you're recommended to question the players reasons for killing an innocent according to this new Dumbass rule change

3. The detective could have given a teleporter to someone, an innocent could have looted it from a dead detectives corpse OR the certain player has killed a traitor and obtained it from him

Make a new app with good grammar and actually valid KOS reasons and your chances will skyrocket. For the no-effort app
