Suggestion Title: Jail Timer

How would it benefit the server: Would let naughty players know how long they have left in jail.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None?

Additional notes: Basically, when a player is jailed, I'm suggesting to add a visual timer on their screen (similar to the NLR one), that tells them how long they have left in jail.
