I don't necessarily see this punishment as "excessive". Could have it been resolved by a simple "hey cut that shit out, you're CDMing"? Most likely.

I can't really see a reason to remove this warning under the impression that Jaffar has broken the ethos as the punishment isn't excessively harsh. However, I personally would've verbally asked you to stop.

he asked me to stop, then like 10 seconds later when I asked him what was wrong as I can’t kill anyone he warned me, I don’t get how that doesn’t class as excessive especially when I physically cannot kill someone with a car

thing is, the rules specifically state you should try to avoid hitting people with your car, and from reading your story, you worded it as if you were purposefully driving into people at spawn, so even though you can't really kill people through CDM, what you did still directly breaches that rule

I wasnt purposefully hitting people, I was simply driving through spawn like any normal person, however as the changelogs say that i cannot deal damage, i didnt make an effort to not hit people, i didnt make an effort to hit people either. I simply drove through spawn without care as to what i hit.

should've been a ban
