I don't necessarily see this punishment as "excessive". Could have it been resolved by a simple "hey cut that shit out, you're CDMing"? Most likely.

I can't really see a reason to remove this warning under the impression that Jaffar has broken the ethos as the punishment isn't excessively harsh. However, I personally would've verbally asked you to stop.
