I've talked to both parties and we were able to come to the conclusion that the evidence, in this case, was pretty overwhelmingly in favour of Trixter. That being said I will be giving Robin a warning for RDM, but I'll refrain from giving him any punishments in regards to the job-switch abuse.
There were some inconspicuous details to the situation that I felt warranted a lesser punishment. Hence, I've decided to leave that out of the warning reason and instead notify staff that he should be dealt with harsher if he exploits anytime in the near future.
In conclusion, this report has been accepted on the basis that Robin did, in fact, fail to follow the rules, but the punishment has been lessened to fit this specific situation.
