Hello Doza10.
It has to my attention that Obelisk The Tormentor was infact in the wrong, but Lotto's answer was very easily misunderstood and I can't blame Tormentor for that. It is very clear to me and pretty much everyone, that this is plain RDM because both of you were detectives, but I simply cannot punish a user because an Admin explained a rule/situation poorly to another user and the user misunderstood the situation - no hate towards Lotto.
