There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few:

I mean, it doesn’t say specifically in the rules but look at what I bolded, the rules are effectively “use common sense to figure out if they’re a baddie”

Ok fair enough, the report is valid, bc applying for mod straight after coming off of a 3 week ban demonstrates a lack of common sense in my eyes

might wanna put the sa+ only handling in the post itself, also if you go round and start killing an innocent, if you aren't proven, most people would kill you.
