This is something we even ciritized you for when you were staff. There even was a demote request on you for this.

For these reasons alone you shouldnt get support for staff. Then even besides the attitude problem you have shown incapability to follow the rules and just came from a 3 week ban. This the first time I say this, but maybe you dont have what it takes to be staff
