In terms of your application, you have stated that you don't know if you've changed from your childish ways, while it can be hard to see a change in personality and attitude in yourself, these things being as big as they are can be clearly seen if a change has occurred even for yourself. Personally I think until you can see this change you stop applying(which will go against another part of your application).
