I get that, but on the Faroe Islands, we use the N-word casually when talking about black people or to black people. So by using that logic, I could be saying the N-word in casually on the server but that could offend people.

If someone was to call me the N-word, personally I wouldn't care because that is how I am, but other black people who're not like me would feel quite uncomfortable being called a name that is meant to degrade them, I really don't see your logic

It's just not seen as a bad word in any way by anyone here. We literally just think about it as in the color black.
