Thanks for the feedback guys, but when ye guys say "you are not ready yet', I'm just wandering about what improvements should I make. Can't speak for everyone, but I see 'not being ready' as stuff like not handling reports properly, which leads to staff reports on the forums. However there have been none this week compared to quite a few last week, so from what I see externally, not including whatever behind the scenes stuff the LT may have access to, you're not rushing through reports for a high report count, but being 'fairer' (can't think of the right word) when handling them, which is vital for a good admin imo.

Thanks Chespin, all I can say about the report abuses was that most of them were complete BS but I completely understand what you are saying. Thanks again.
