Install this and click "Fix all"

If none of this worked try some of these


Right click on steam and click "run as administrator"
If that still doesn't work then delete steam, empty your recycle bin, and re install it at store.steampowered.com/about
if this still doesn't work then I don't know.

The source seems trustworthy and the VirusTotal only returned one alert which could be false. Regardless, please remember to download any external programs with caution.
