After reviewing the video you have provided and reading your story, I have decided to deny this punishment request. Although the video does show some RDM from Dayroom and MassPropAbuse from RANGO you have not provided evidence of their SteamID's. (At least I couldn't see it in the video).

For any future punishment requests you can type "status" in the game console, which can be accessed by pressing ` (which is default), and screenshotting it. You can also right click on their names via the tab menu and click "Copy SteamID", but only use this in a video. I will ask other staff members to watch out for these rules breakers and to punish them when they can. Thank you for taking your time to make this request.
