After contacting both parties and consulting the available facts, I have decided to deny this report.
While your evidence proves that your Teamspeak soundboard plugin is not working, it is circumstantial to the scenario itself as Eddie is adamant a soundboard cue was played containing racism/racial slurs. Soundboards are not solely restricted to the Teamspeak client itself - there are a variety of other methods to achieve a 'soundboard' effect. Eddie informed me that the kick was also influenced by the disrespectful/homophobic remarks you allegedly made as this was happening.
It would not be just or fair for me to bring up Eddie for this considering just how little evidence we have. At the end of the day, this seems like a very silly fall out between two pals that could have been sorted in private and in a calm and mutually-respectful manner.
My only piece of admonishment for Eddie would be to ensure your kick reasons fully detail the motive for them: if users are being disrespectful
and being racist, make sure to include both parts in your punishment reason.
