I didn't join to cause problems... I joined to speak to void because he had convinced me to unban him and I just wanted a chat with him, you then immediately started insulting me and moved to a different channel saying "come on let's go somewhere where no gays are allowed" (lol). I then noticed you'd added more quotes to your description so I just told you to change it, which caused this whole problem when you refused.

After you made that remark and left to another channel void didn't even follow you for like 20 seconds and he didn't understand why you'd left so we were just talking, you hadn't both agreed that you wanted to speak without me, that was just you trying to start a problem for no reason. Anyway I didn't follow you after you told me to fuck off in pokes, I literally had joined your channel once.

You use your soundboard all the time and you play that certain sound often so don't try to say that you don't have a soundboard, it's very easy to uninstall it before taking a screenshot and that sound was definitely you.

i mean I pokes void and told him in the separate channel that I really didn’t want to speak to you and just because I had a soundboard before doesn’t mean I still have one. also you have to restart teamspeak to apply plugins so I wouldn’t be able to have the poke notification of you messaging me if I had uninstalled the plugin and closed ts.

I never uninstalled it, its just outdated so your point of me uninstalling it in the first place is out the window, as i would need to restart teamspeak to update any plugins, where i would not have the poke notification come up if i had

I honestly agree, the only thing i wanted at the start of this whole thing was for him to change his description as i felt targeted by it and it escalated into this whole mess which now seems all very stupid.

I don’t see how i “harassed” you kyber by simply asking you to change your description as i was uncomfortable with you targeting me for no reason in it. There was no need for any of the insults or discrimination that followed this towards me and i’d honestly say i’m the one who could take more of a harassment claim against you here. The way this has escalated and this report being made seems very unnecessary to say the most you have been punished is kicks from the teamspeak server that are more than justified, but don’t stay on any kind of rap sheet regardless.

It just seems like something that could so easily have been resolved that’s been blown out of proportion.

You’re making no sense, i am still yet to understand what you mean by i joined to cause problems. I joined your channel after void was unbanned and i just wanted to chat like we would on any other occasion, you immediately started trying to move somewhere else and get void to follow you, i had done nothing wrong. It was you that caused these problems, all i asked was for you to change your description which you returned with refusal, disrespect and homophobia which is what kicked off this whole problem, when it could’ve been simply resolved if you just changed it. Of course, you haven’t provided any of the pokes from your behalf, but i can’t do much about that now.

Even if it truely wasn’t you that played that soundboard which i’m struggling believe, a kick was still more than justified due to the disrespect and homophobic discrimination you were trying to throw against me, as well as refusing to change your description that quite clearly was targeting me in a negative light. At most, 1 of the kicks should have been labelled differently, but seen as their isn’t even any kind of rap sheet system on the teamspeak, it really isn’t a massive issue.

stop bringing up the bloody soundboard, none of us actually have a working soundboard and even then how would void have an audio recording which i haven’t shared with him? You’re just lying about it and you’re digging yourself a deeper hole
