You do realise you are a danger to Sinz' life because you knew he is the guy that killed you as you were defibbed so you had a good enough reason to kill him back but Jack had done nothing wrong by killing you to prevent that from happening. I'd understand completely if you reported Sinz but in this instance Jamie had done nothing wrong.
