Thanks for making this report. After reviewing the evidence and talking to WavE I've come to the following conclusion:

You told wavE you had evidence of the "prop abuse" yet you didn't send it to him. There for he had no evidence to warn the "prop pusher" for prop abuse. Also he did not damage you so it wasn't really prop abuse.

wavE did make a mistake as he admitted in the DM's. He should of warned the person that rdm'd you. As he didn't let you ID the body.

It was his second day of staffing and he shouldn't be held responsible for his actions. He has learned from this and it won't be happening again. But in no way is this "staff abuse"
