You did get RDMed because at the time 1 2 3 ketamine had no way to know you had KOSed an innocent because he joined the gunfight and didnt let you id the body. You probably should of specified that in the report to make it more clear that you were RDMed, as by just saying you killed the innocent for a valid reason would still give the guy a reason to kill you.
