OK here's what I've gotten to far:

• Gather Manager (to adjust the gather rate, preference seems between 3 - 5 x, let's stick with 3x for now)
• Clan limit (still need to pick a sensible cap, 5-10 people?)
• Rust Kits (for fresh wipe/new players alongside VIP kits that will give you slightly better items)
• Map wipes on a weekly basis
• Blueprint wipes on a staggered cycle, monthly/bi-weekly
• Permissions Manager to modify groups/grant permissions
• Logging for combat, deaths, respawns (might make this one myself)

Still browsing admin tools to see what's helpful but not stupid should it fall into the wrong hands.

I've bought a hosted server for people to play on and contribute should they be interested, I will post details later on.
