First off, Turtle is active on the Teamspeak, he is on TS for at least 7 or 8 hours a day. I dont understand, why all of you dont see him, maybe you should just come down from your private spacers and maybe look into the normal channels for saying some nonsense like that.

Second off all, why the fuck should Turtle (a TTT staff member) need to do something with the community, when he wants to help only the TTT server. That makes 0 sense at all richard. When he wants to be staff on TTT he should interact with the TTT players the most and not with some random ass SSRP player who comes on the forums and says "that he never seen this guy ever before in this community", this guy probably doesnt play TTT so why would Turtle care then?

Insufficent Forums work? like when I got accepted for SA I did 2 reports in total on the forums and it was more than enough. TTT doesnt have that many Appeals or report abuses and having a lot of other admins in the team makes it hard to get one for yourself aswell. I think he did handle enough appeals/reports on the forums in the month he has been admin. Plus I personally think that there is like little to none difference to having to deal with a report ingame or a report in the forums. You look at the evidence and decide if the user should be punished/taken away that punishment(if it was a appeal) or not and write an outcome.

Then we come to the application, I dont personally see something soo shocking that he should be insta denied for the application, the only things I see are some minor grammar mistakes and some minor knogwledge mistakes (the thing with insta giving out an official or he just phrased it poorly), but I wouldnt deny him cause he doesnt know how to give out an official when he never had this rank before in his career.

For the other 2 parts, the feedback point I kinda agree he can improve on that and the last one were just good advices
