You asked me to give you proper, constructive feedback, and hence that, I'll do exactly as you please. Even though I'm sure you you will make a great Lead Team member one day, but I'm afraid it is not yet your time, I'll go into detail as to why i think so of course.
- Insufficient Forum Work - Every member of the Super/Head Administrator team(s) should have experience at handling Forum work, since as a Lead Team member, You'll always encounter difficult situations, and the only way you acquire experience is by, obviously, handling Appeals and Reports - You my friend, only handled 2 Reports and 1 Appeal since you became staff, and I'm quite certain that any normal LT will not even consider letting you in with little to no experience with something so important.
- TeamSpeak Presence - It might be just me, and I apologize if I'm in the wrong but I'm rather certain that I actually didn't see you being active before applying for the Super Administrator position?! In case I'm right, then you should do your best to be as active there as possible weeks and weeks before you even think of applying for a Lead Team position - What better place do you have to display your benevolence, who you really are and if you are the leader the staff team needs, am i right?
- Feedback - Not really as important as the other points I've made before and after this one, but it gives you a better chance of acceptance. You should do your best to reply to as many applicants as possible - Read their Application, check their recent punishments, activity too, consult with other members of staff if the User applying isn't some infamous A-hole, and be sure to write as much as possible as a response to their Application as it always helps them when a staff member knows how to properly guide them towards perfection. I am aware that you do, in fact, leave feedback, but none of these recent replies aren't as constructive as they actually can be.
- Community Involvement - As I've already explained on Vodka's Application: None of you seem to be doing anything to make yourself stand out in the community, people outside of the little TTT collective you guys formed don't even seem to know you much. Try and make yourself more noticeable, do something prodigious, interact more with other people of the ZARP community...
- Application - As per usual, TTT staff invest more effort and precious time into making the application a fucking rainbow instead of even paying attention as if what they are writing is even correct. I've noticed several errors, some of wich I'm even shocked to see there, and I'd advise you to go through your Application, this time with full caution, and fix them. I won't tell you what the errors are since you should know this yourself and after all, this is your application...
- Additional crap - Can't speak about your Meeting contributions and the effectiveness of you handling reports in-game but always make sure to talk in the meetings, give in your opinion about the applicant, point out the obvious if you haven't got much to say. In-game, keep a good attitude towards your colleagues and Users, provide help to everyone who need it, handle reports with full awareness and care.
Best of luck nevertheless!
