Overall you look like a great candidate and could be a nice addition to team. Few key points though

1) you cant give official warnings they are voted about in the LT meeting (at least it used to be that way) what you have in their place is just your word. You can tell them that their actions will get them an official warning in an upcoming LT meeting and that future actions like this will result in a demotion or anything like that.... But as I said things may have changes idk how things work anymore nor am I pretending I do

2) you have a grammar error in that wall of text. Enjoy finding it lol
