Pretty much what Richard has said, your attitude is horrendous still, you can't seem to understand/take a joke and you don't stand out in a crowd, for me I feel those are the 3 things you need to work on

Those 3 things IMO are what make someone lead team worthy, so work on them, but as of the next few weeks until I see some MAJOR improvement
