Suggestion Title: C4 defusing reward

How it would benefit the server: Gives an incentive to innocents/detectives to help teammates by disarming C4

Potential Issues/Exploits: Farming points and XP from a traitor planting a C4, innocent defusing it, and the traitor rearming the C4.

Additional Notes: Currently a lot of people who hear a C4 just run and tell other people that there is a C4, and adding a small reward, maybe the same as killing a traitor, but probably less, would give people a reason to actually try and save their teammates, instead of just telling them that they hear a C4, which people can easily forget about. Also, there are times where you get a string of innocent rounds and gain no XP every single round, which can be frustrating and less prevalent with this addition.
