1.If a person shoots someone with no reason it's KOS(Kill on sight)
2.If a person refuses to go in the tester it's KOS.
3.If a person doesn't answer on livecheck it's KOS.After all of these scenarios the KOSed person have to be killed.

Examples:
1.If Jim shoots Ken it's KOS.
2.If Ken refuses to go in the tester and the detective says he have to it's KOS.
3.If Ken calls a livecheck and Jim doesnt't answer it's KOS.

Today i am writing to you to apply for a staff member exactly Moderator.
I saw that many people aren't very happy when someone does a RDM.
And to be honest it includes me.I am killed by a lot of rookies who doesn't
know how to play or some people who don't follow the rules.

I think i can be a staff member and i can be very patient.
Maybe i am nervous at moments but i will improve myself.
If i become a Moderator i will try to learn more and more.
