Unfortunately - I do not think you are fit for staff just yet. I barely see you making any F1's let alone (sufficiently) interacting with members of staff. You also lack the English knowledge required for staffing as in the past you managed to issue numerous false punishments due to this. Also, you did not know the rules well when Moderating the server(s) the previous time, and judging by certain recent situations, you still don't. As for the activity and application, they are decent. Sorry, but you won't have my vote...
