What I normally do in that situation is open a chat and ask the player why he killed the victim. If he doesn't give an answer or the answer he gives shows that is was RDM he will be punished.

See tho this guy just told me out of the blue after I slayed him that he was kos’d then I check chat logs and don’t see them there also I didn’t hear anything about a KOS.
