To be completely honest. Unless you prove to us that wavE was actually in the wrong I doubt there's going to be any punishment for him. You clearly don't have evidence to back up your claims, also the logs aren't improper, you are not supposed to use them in this kind of a situation. If you don't provide some evidence that wavE did in fact abuse, I doubt there's going to be any action taken against the staff member.

No Evidence means No punishment
