I'm sorry but you'll only have one week of activity by Sunday and in addition to that you, according to Richard, received 8(!) bans in only this year on SSRP, the last one resulting in a permanent one.

I think you should get at least 2 weeks of activity to show that you're capable of behaving yourself in a better manner than on SSRP before you take on a staff position.
