Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would explain that you need to hold the opposing key for the side of the ramp you are on, so for the left side, you would hold d, and for the right side, you would hold a. I would then explain to control yourself on the ramp, you should use your mouse and aim for where you are wanting to go. I would then explain how when you exit the ramp, you should use a to go left, while using your mouse to aim left, and d to go right, and moving your mouse right to go with it. Once they understand the basics, I would vote for a map like progress to help him learn how to surf more complicated ways, and give him more of the basics to help him understand.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would firstly try to get them to stop, and if they do not follow instructions, I would mute them for 5 minutes. If they continue after the mute, I would make it 10 minutes and warn them. If they continue on after they get unmuted, I would ban them for 1 day.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell them to stop immediately and if it has affected the server in any way, I would ban them for a week instantly, if I has not really affected anyone, I would just warn them or give them a verbal.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have dedicated so much time in to the server in the past week, and tried to help as many people as possible, from telling people shortcuts in maps to teaching some people how to surf. I see a lack of activity in the surf server, and I would like to bring to the server an active staff member that deals with rule breakers and keeps the server clean and happy as much as I possibly can. If I was to get staff, I would devote as much time as I can into the server helping new players out, getting rid of rule breakers and keeping the server positive and enjoyable.
