Suggestion Title:
Voice zones

How would it benefit the server:
The Traitors would now have a chance whit geting away whit a kos that was for example given to him in the nether. Making it more intresting for stealth kills.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Only issue i can think off is staff wouldnt be able to hear if someone is mic spaming or saying some bad things in the nether.

Additional notes:
This is basicly to separate the overworld and the nether becouse rn it rly doesnt even make sence for ppl to hear someone in the nether talking while they are on top of tower in the overworld. But just the big problem is that staff cant rly hear someone being bad for example in the overworld while he is in the nether. But i think we can work around this issue somehow.
