Yes, He didn't get punished because he didn't do anything wrong. I tought he did.
Red and me are Okey now so no need to bring this up since there was nothing wrong with what I did. Just reporting a possible rulebreaker. Thank you

You're obviously not understanding what Kyber is trying to imply. He says that you "framed red" meaning that you "moved his printers and reported him just to get him warned."
