To be completely honest with you, this is most likely not going to get accepted due to the fact that you don't show us the "Improvements" you made. You should wait this out and then try to show us, This doesn't really shows us that you improved if you're appealing every other day even after it was reduced from a permanent ban to a 3 week ban.
