Mentoring/training does not only apply to commands. If you struggle filling this in, you are not capable of staff positioning. You would just be that guy who kicks people that breaks rules.

Your replies have been very constructive in this thread, yes, but in my previous thread they most definitely were not. Your replies included "Shit answer". What? You can't turn water into wine? Well that's my hopes of applying to be Jesus down the drain. Listen, Scottie, I know you're a well respected member of the community, but there's no need to totally slate my application. At least I tried to apply and earn my position instead of just donating, I gave it a go. I could have just left it as a donation and kept it that way. Anyway, I am not going to argue with you any further.

If you all agree with Scottie's -Support then please feel free to post with reasons. However, please, do not feel afraid to say +Support just because Scottie has -Supported my application, please base it on the application itself.
