Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone has way too many recent punishments. They get banned for 2+ days. If a person is constantly racist after multiple gags and mutes. If someone Mass RDM's and leaves to avoid punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
After some weeks and a few days of experience being a Moderator within the ZARP Community, and also following staff members footsteps and taking their advice. I feel like I am ready for this opportunity. I have great activity on the server and I am almost always there every time to help a staff member on the server. I feel like I can take this opportunity into responsibility and use the powers correctly to make sure that the server is a better and enjoyable place. I am familiar with all commands and the ULX Menu. I am also familiar with the different punishments we give out. As you probably know, Im in CST timezone (GMT -5:00), so im mostly online when you guys are asleep

. Anyways, I feel like I am ready to take this responsibility and this position.
