Bhop/Staffing Related Questions

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

Firstly i would start with explaining how gaining velocity works with strafe jumping and that you don't hold w in air as it will ruin their speed (depending if it was on normal mode). Then secondly i would start to let them explore air strafe with a and mouse left and d and mouse right to move. Then introduce them into showing their new skills into the map. After i have done that i would then direct them to watching a video to explain it in more depth as showing in game is a little more difficult. Finally i would explain server controls like f3 to change mode and how to spec etc and tell them to maybe practice auto strafe if they aren't doing so well with the strafes.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

Firstly Inform them via either voice or text chat to stop. If they didn't comply via voice i would then type as they may not be able to hear so a punishment wouldn't be fair. Failure to comply would result in a gag/voice mute for up roughly 3 minutes.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would inform them that they are in fact exploiting even if they didn't know and that it isn't allowed depending on their reacting if it was negative and persists to continue with the exploit i would use the awarn system to warn them with the reason of Exploiting not tolerated But if their reaction was genuine and they didn't know they were exploiting or didn't know it was allowed i would let them bypass with a verbal or textual warning not awarn unless its repeated. Finally if it was quite serious i would contact a higher up to take this further.

(There are no exploits on bhop tho.........)

Why I should be chosen:

I believe i should be accepted as bhop moderator as i have lots of experience staffing at zarp and as i regain my activity the following days i think i should be allowed to come back to the staff team. I have very good activity on the teamspeak and can be contacted there 24/7 and i will respond asap. My forum activity is fairly decent with around 1-2 times a day. I currently have 360 hours of gametime on bhop alone and this shows that I'm dedicated and that I'm actually going to stay rather than leaving after a little while. I've always loved bhop and Its a server i would like staff on to hopefully improve and increase player base.
