I honestly can't say I see anything significant in your application or character tbh. And honestly, you're not supposed to be accepted on the basis of good activity and helping players alone.

You need to actually prove you're doing a good job in the Lead Team meetings which means you'd need to be actively bringing up staff- or suggestions (and whatever else) and/or contributing with genuinely helpful arguments and shit. Obviously, I don't know anything about the ladder, but if the HAs think you are doing a basic job in the meetings and nothing more then I don't think you should be accepted.

That being said, I can't produce an accurate verdict without the knowledge of your behaviour in the lead team meetings so I simply won't leave any type of support at all. Good luck.
