Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
This was my third time being a moderator and I will be honest, it was so fun, because I could punish people for breaking rules and not just watch some staff members ignore it. Being a moderator makes me feel good about my self, I am doing good for the community, I'm helping it out in so much ways. I just want to do only whats right for this Dark RP server!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I was in a sit while trying to figure out who RDM'ed the guy I was in a sit with. I opened the logs to check the kill and then all of the sudden a guy comes on the roof because someone used his stun stick to launch him and the person that got on the roof starts shouting, I don't remember what he said exactly, but it was something like this: I'm on a roof with a moderator! (And probably some other stuff) So I froze him and asked him what was the reason for him to interrupt the sit and he was telling me to unfreeze him, because I'm abusing. I told him that if he does it again I'll warn him. He said that I'm not allowed to warn him and I just teleported him back in spawn. After some time in the sit he came back the same way he did it the first time. I froze him and warned him for Interrupting a sit. The guy was shouting abuse which cause some attention to the people around me. Then he was RDMing me and I warned him. (I'm sure he had about 4 recent punishments) An admin could have simply banned him for a week, with the caption Mass rule break + 4 recent punishments.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there buddy, my name is Rice Seeds. I will be your trainer. So first things first if you press F1 you can see the admin requests (F1's) People's warnings (Warns) Logging (Server logs) Active NLR (NLR). So let's say for an example you want to do a F1, just right click on the request and press handle this. Then you will have some options. Bring, Goto, Mark as finished and Abort handling this request. If you just pressed handle, the best option is to press goto, because they might be raiding or fighting someone. If they are doing something like that, just teleport back and he will pm you when he's done. If you are wondering how to do those commands, well here they are: /teleport, /bring, /goto, /warn, /unwarn, /kick, /mute, /muteglobally, /slay, /freeze. So if you want to check anyone's punishments press F6 and then search his/her name, or just press on the option wich says "Select a player" and then just select the player and you will be able to see his/her's punishments. Just remember to aways be nice to people and if you have any questions just type "/// How do I warn a player?". (This question was an example, if you have a question just type /// and put your massage there. I hope you enjoy your time being a moderator.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello there! I see that you have put a lot of effort on this appeal and I can see that you really want to be back on the servers. Since this is your first ban on the server I decided to give you anther chance, because all people deserve a second chance. I hope you take a look at the rules and never do this again. Consider this accepted!

Hello there! I see that you wish to be playing on the servers again and that you want us to give you a second chance, but unfortunately this isn't your first ban, so i suggest you to wait some time before appealing again. Also you have to earn you trust by playing other ZARP game modes. Good luck in the future. Consider this denied.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I have been a part of this community for a bit now and I really like helping people and punishing the bad ones. I have been a moderator 3 times and admin once so I think I have enough exp. With my current rank I help a lot of people which is fun as always, but I think I can do more as an admin. Sometimes I am on the server when there are only moderators or the admins are AFK. There are rule breakers with more than 4 recent punishments that need to be banned. What I do is kick them from the server, but it doesn't help as much, because they keep on coming back and causing more trouble. Then i get the idea of warning them so that they get enough warns to be banned for 1 hour and as always they come back and do more rule breaking. As an admin I will ban them for what they have done and finally it will be peaceful. I would love to help out the community once again by being admin and clearing the server from rule breakers.
