Regarding the "mic spam" part, it does not fall under mic spam since the addon promotes users to shout for the map they'd like to win., and for the disrespect part I can't find the part where he says fuck off even if he said fuck off that is nowhere near punishment worthy if you're referring to the part where he says shut the fuck up that also is not punishment worthy since thelegend also approached tama with "Shut the fuck up no one cares".
