P.S. I am carrying out my verdict from what i have SEEN, not from what I have HEARD of. I have not seen his behaviour in the past but i am not going to take it into consideration, since I am relatively new.
He is very nice in-game and has a nice attitude. He knows the rules quite well and does help rookies with in-game mechanics. Again, my verdict is carried out from what I have seen in-game.
