When I was scrolling through the subjects on zarpgaming I came across this application and I couldn't ignore commenting on this.

As a former admin I can approve Chad's reliability and perseverance. In my honest opinion is Chad one of our Admin candidates with the most potential. He has been moderator before for a long time so already has a long term of problem solving under his belt.
He might not have a lot of hours played in the last 2 weeks but I think it's safe to say that his past experience and hundreds of hours on this server compensates this.
