While I do believe it is true that 11 recent punishments were recommend about a year ago (now 7), you could still ban someone with less it’s up to the individual staff member if it’s within reason and follows the staff ethos. This still does not necessarily make it okay to have 5 or 7 recent punishments regardless of when it’s recommended to ban someone, you should always try to keep your rap sheet as clean as possible…

I was spectating you and saw you shot an innocent player for no reason while he was walking away from the tower and then crowbarred Rulebreaker before leaving. I was told afterwards by Rulebreaker that he didn’t really mind but that does not make the other incident acceptable and since you were told to “calm down” I decided to handle out the ban as I thought that you had accumulated too many recent punishments.

I’m not sure why the impersonating part was left in as part of his denial of your appeal, as it was just something I mentioned and didn’t have any concrete proof on.
