I believed it was a bit much considering the amount of recents, however Nina made the decision and it was his choice.

From the rapsheet i saw he had 6 recents and one was ARDMx2 so split that into 2 because he broke the rule twice and you have 7 recents. After all the chances he has been given getting 7 recents and being back on the perm ban list seems very reasonable.

Yeah I thought he had 5, that was my bad.
