I asked around in the LT and nobody seems to have an issue with giving admins the spectate command.

A thing that needs to be taken into consideration:

if you wish to collect evidence of a cheater by using this command the SteamID of the person in question won't show at the top of the screen, meaning that you'd have to collect seperate evidence of their SteamID so please bear that in mind.

I'll change the access right later when I'm home and drop a notice in the staff Discord.
